Job summary

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Senior Store Manager at our Supply Center in Memphis, TN to oversee store operations, manufacturing and production, ensure sales growth and a superior customer experience.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, mentor employees, and drive business performance. You will collaborate with Operations and Sales leadership to align store goals with company objectives while maintaining safety, timely supply, and high-quality products, all while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail, sales, or operations management with supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college/technical education desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays and local travel.
• Knowledge of pavement preservation materials and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations, ensuring efficient workflows and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee supply center manufacturing and production operations.
• Develop and mentor employees, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience through proactive service and problem resolution.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory levels to optimize sales.
• Monitor store performance metrics and address gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers for business development strategies.
• Communicate initiatives and changes with corporate leadership.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance.
