Job summary

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for the Akron, OH Supply Center. You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, inventory, and safety compliance, and drive a customer-first culture at a retail/manufacturing site.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, coordinating with purchasing, handling shipments, and maintaining service records. A minimum 3–5 years in supervision is required, with a valid US driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years supervision or management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Supervision experience in retail or customer-facing settings preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional college/technical education desirable.
• Ability to lead teams, make sound business decisions, and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dynamic Supply Center team and positive culture.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory, cycles counts, and coordination with corporate purchasing.
• Manage rentals, service, and repair records; coordinate shipments and pickups.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain records for work orders, warranties, and location of units.
