Job summary

Goodwill Industries of North Florida is seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead our flagship store and oversee 2–3 additional locations in the Jacksonville area. You will drive revenue, supervise store managers, train staff, and uphold customer service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, proven retail experience, and the ability to manage budgets, inventory, and store operations across multiple sites. Occasional travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail experience with at least two years of managerial experience.
• Ability to travel as required up to 75% with a valid driver's license.
• Hours may vary including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership ability.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; able to use office equipment and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management teams to achieve revenue goals.
• Oversee 2-3 stores, including budgeting and staffing decisions.
• Monitor customer service standards and merchandise presentation.
• Travel to assigned stores and ensure policy compliance across sites.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; manage performance issues.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and payroll budgets are respected.
