Job summary

Goodwill of North Florida is seeking a Senior Assistant Store Manager at Oakleaf in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time management role oversees the home store and 1–2 additional stores within the district, driving customer service, revenue growth and staff development.

The ideal candidate has five years of retail experience with at least two years in management, is able to travel up to 75%, and is proficient in Excel and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Requires five years of retail experience with at least two years of managerial experience.
• Ability to travel as required by role (up to 75% of the time).
• Hours may vary including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; proficient with POS systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills: business acumen, supervision, adaptability, interviewing, organization, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management for the home store and 1–2 additional stores in the district.
• Oversee hiring, training, development, coaching, and performance management of staff.
• Ensure customer service, revenue goals, and safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor store operations, merchandising, and payroll budgets.
