You will help manage donated goods processing, mentor staff, and stand in for the Store Manager and Key Holder to open and close the store as needed. This position demands leadership, reliability, and a focus on community service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with the store’s daily operations and achievement of sales results.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer/donor service.
• Manage processing of donated goods and train staff to perform effectively.
• Open and close the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Key Holder.
