Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Lubbock, Texas to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation and deliver a world-class shopping experience.

You will mentor and coach associates, drive sales, manage operations, and partner with store leadership to execute company policies and initiatives. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to Burlington values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy execution and initiatives.
• Ensure team fulfills individual responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example following Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses, review reporting and records.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new associates; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budget, workforce management and scheduling.
• Foster communication across store team, district, regional management, and partners.
