Goodwill Industries International, Inc. is hiring a Retail Store Manager for their Livermore location. This role involves driving retail operations and leading a team of over 40 staff members to achieve financial goals and customers satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in high-volume retail environments and a strong understanding of financial management.
The manager will also ensure that the store reflects the Goodwill brand positively and is a key player in community outreach. A minimum of three years' experience is required along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Location: 1374 Railroad Avenue, Livermore, California 94550. Pay Range: Minimum $100,000.00. This position is eligible for a monthly bonus based on performance goals, with successful completion of training.
Drives retail business operations at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay, helping fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment. Responsible for entire store production, directly leading Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
