Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and model Burlington’s values.

You will mentor and coach your team, deliver excellent customer service, and oversee day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service management to ensure the store’s success. You will manage a multi-million-dollar sales volume, recruit and train staff, and work with district and regional partners to maximize results while upholding integrity and trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates to ensure policy execution and performance.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with merchandising team.
• Oversee payroll budget, scheduling, and staffing to meet store needs.
• Foster teamwork and communication with district and regional management and other partners.
