Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-million-dollar operation. You will mentor and coach a team, drive sales, and uphold Burlington values to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

You will oversee day-to-day merchandising, operations and service, partnering with district and regional teams to achieve targets while maintaining exceptional customer service and integrity in all store activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy implementation and performance.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing with Merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget and review related reporting.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates; onboard and coach for development and engagement.
• Payroll budget management, scheduling, and workforce optimization; foster strong cross-team partnerships.
