Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, seeks a Senior General Manager to lead store performance, coach the team, and drive Every Guest, Every Time service. You will shape guest experience, exceed sales targets, and mentor your Assistant General Manager while maintaining operational excellence.

You will manage hiring, training, and daily store activities, ensuring top performance in a fast-paced environment and growing leadership capabilities within the team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent — treat recruiting as core to this role, not an afterthought squeezed in between shifts
• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives
• Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions to keep growing as a leader yourself
• Take ownership for store and employee success, including work-related needs
