Job summary

Victra is seeking a Senior General Manager to shape the guest experience and lead a store team to exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, drive high-performance in a fast-paced environment, and participate in leadership trainings and weekly calls.

This hourly role requires strong people management, a focus on customer and employee experience, and the ability to mentor teams toward ambitious goals in a Verizon Authorized

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and building a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for the store: interview and select top talent.
• Coach and mentor sales associates to hit store goals.
• Lead the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales targets and standards.
• Attend manager trainings and leadership roundtables to grow as a leader.
• Drive store performance through staffing, scheduling, loss prevention, and inventory controls.
• Keep daily score of store metrics and communicate plans to improve results.
