Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to shape the guest experience by coaching the team, driving performance on the sales floor, and running the store like a business with budgeting and forecasting.

You will mentor your Assistant General Manager, own store metrics daily, manage staffing and loss prevention, and lead strategy with district leadership to share best practices while acting as a brand advocate for Victra.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor store staff.
• Drive sales and manage store metrics daily.
• Deliver guest-focused service with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and operations.
• Partner with district leadership to share best practices.
