Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, seeks a Senior General Manager to drive guest experience and sales excellence at a busy Texas store. You will coach your team, mentor the Assistant General Manager, and lead day-to-day operations with accountability for performance and customer service.

You will participate in trainings, leadership calls, and store initiatives while maintaining high energy and a focus on Every Guest, Every Time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent for the store and yourself.
• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals and maximize performance.
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Maintain store performance by supporting inventory control and store functions.
• Analyze store metrics daily to drive improvements and results.
• Foster relationships with other managers across the district to share best practices.
• Lead change initiatives and pilot new tools and initiatives to drive traffic.
