This role focuses on leading the team, mentoring the Assistant General Manager, and achieving performance targets while delivering Every Guest, Every Time. You will participate in training, weekly leadership calls, and store initiatives, with an hourly compensation structure and opportunities for bonus

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales targets.
• Attend required manager trainings, roundtables and group sessions to grow as a leader.
• Drive store performance and optimize customer and employee experience.
