Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Senior Manager for Store Strategy & Transformation to lead the Store Expansion Strategy, coordinating across Retail Distribution, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to translate strategy into executable initiatives.

You will drive program management for complex cross-line projects, ensuring operational readiness, workforce planning, technology implementation, and launch execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in bank operations, retail banking, or process improvement.
• 5–7 years of related experience in one or more of: Bank Operations, Retail Banking, Process Improvement, Project Management.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, organizational and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops program roadmap to enable delivery of iterative business enhancements and innovation components.
• Oversees and provides direction to managers of component projects and teams.
• Maintains program governance and required reporting; monitors and controls project plans.
• Identifies program risks and develops mitigation plans; implements risk controls.
• Tracks the contribution of each project to the overall business transformation and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Keeps informed of changing organizational strategies to adjust the program as needed.
