Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage to large IT organizations.
• Positive energy, optimism, and vision.
• Ability to perform in an unstructured environment.
• Preparation and/or delivery of technical product and architecture presentations to customers and trainees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with evaluations, configurations, and system installations.
• Define product requirements and usability with engineering.
• Participation in sales strategy and ownership of technical responsibilities.
• Demonstrate technical leadership on storage products and architectures.
• Create architecture blueprints for repeatable solutions.
• Help develop a dispersed group of system engineers.
• Consult on building and managing a Support organization.
