Responsibilities

• Design cloud storage solutions that meet customers' business goals.
• Support solution demonstrations, product presentations, and customer workshops.
• Help customers integrate Wasabi with public cloud platforms and applications using S3 APIs.
• Troubleshoot storage, networking, security, and integration issues with cross-functional teams.
• Create technical documentation and best-practice guides for customers and partners.
• Stay current on cloud storage technologies and relay feedback to product teams.
