Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Senior Storage Engineer to lead the design, operation, and evolution of enterprise storage across hybrid on-prem and cloud data centers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to ensure availability, scalability, security, and resilience of storage platforms.

You’ll work within NetApp IT Storage Engineering, driving automation, AI-enabled workflows, and cost optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in enterprise storage or related field.
• Bachelor of Sciences in Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetApp technologies preferred and relevant storage architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for NetApp IT storage infrastructure worldwide.
• Design, deploy, operate, and evolve NetApp platforms (on-prem ONTAP, cloud storage, and related tools).
• Monitor storage health, capacity, alerts, audit logs, and system events; lead remediation and RCA.
• Collaborate with VMware, Windows, Linux, Cloud, Database, Networking, Security, and Application teams to meet objectives.
