Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Storage Engineer to design, build, and operate high-performance, multi-tenant file and block storage within a Kubernetes-driven platform. You will own the data path, build durable volumes, and deliver CSI-backed services while ensuring strong isolation, encryption, and enterprise readiness.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years building storage systems, distributed systems, or infrastructure services.
• Experience with multi-tenant storage control planes, provisioning, tenancy/quota, and data-protection features.

Responsibilities

• Own the file system data path and ensure NFS reliability, IO resilience, and performance.
• Build a native block storage service with durable, high-performance volumes.
• Deliver file and block as Kubernetes-native CSI drivers with dynamic provisioning and snapshots.
• Build the storage control plane with multi-tenant isolation, quotas, QoS, and key management.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance via telemetry and dashboards.
• Collaborate with platform, product, and infra teams to enable seamless storage across the stack.
