Advizex, a Myriad360 company, is seeking a Level 5 Storage & Backup Enterprise Services Architect to design, implement, and lead complex storage and backup environments for enterprise customers. The role combines architecture leadership, hands-on management of production storage, and a senior advisory function for cloud adoption, hybrid integrations, and disaster recovery within a 24x7 MSP framework.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of storage and backup administration/engineering in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years designing and operating Microsoft Azure for enterprise or MSP customers.
• Deep hands-on storage and backup experience in production environments.
• Proven experience managing Dell storage and backup solutions.
• Dell backup/data-protection certifications required; Dell PowerScale/PowerMax certs also required.
• Azure Architect Certification is a nice-to-have.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own customer-facing hybrid cloud architectures for Azure-based managed services.
• Design, standardize, and evolve multi-tenant managed service platforms for enterprise customers.
• Ensure architectures align with SLAs/SLOs and support models.
• Establish security and operation standards across environments.
• Maintain hands-on involvement with storage/backup systems in production.
• Lead troubleshooting and act as the highest-level escalation point.
• Architect resilient platforms with monitoring, backup, and DR capabilities.
• Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
• Participate in architecture reviews, workshops, and QBRs.
• Translate business requirements into secure cloud architectures and support presales.
• Guide customers through cloud adoption, modernization, and hybrid integration.
• Provide architectural leadership for 24x7 MSP operations and on-call.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews; drive reliability and cost optimization.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence portfolio strategy.
