The position requires 15+ years in storage and backup, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to mentor engineers within a 24x7 MSP framework.

Qualifications

• Extensive storage and backup administration in enterprise environments.
• 15+ years in storage and backup engineering, with enterprise experience.
• 5+ years designing and operating Microsoft Azure for MSP customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own customer-facing hybrid cloud architectures for Azure-based managed services.
• Lead troubleshooting and act as highest escalation for complex issues.
• Architect resilient platforms with monitoring, backup, and DR capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and influence MSP service offerings.
• Support presales and guide cloud adoption and modernization.
