Job summary

Advizex, a Myriad360 company, is seeking a senior Storage & Backup Enterprise Services Architect to design, implement, and maintain complex storage and backup environments for enterprise customers. You will lead managed services architectures, remain hands-on, and mentor engineers while guiding customers through cloud adoption and modernization.

The role supports 24x7 operations with on-call participation and requires extensive experience in Azure, Dell storage, and backup solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in storage and backup system administration and engineering in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years designing and operating Microsoft Azure for enterprise or MSP customers.
• Deep, hands-on storage and backup system administration experience in enterprise production environments.
• Proven experience managing Dell storage and backup solutions.
• Dell backup/data-protection certification (Dell Avamar/Data Domain/PowerProtect) plus Dell enterprise storage certification (PowerScale/PowerMax).
• Azure Architect Certification (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Managed Services Leadership: define and own customer-facing hybrid cloud architectures for Azure-based managed services.
• Hands-On Technical Leadership: maintain hands-on involvement with storage and backup systems in production and lead troubleshooting.
• Customer Engagement & Advisory: act as a technical lead and trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
• Operations & Reliability: provide architectural leadership for 24×7 managed service operations and drive reliability improvements.
• Mentorship & Influence: mentor senior engineers and influence tooling and service offerings.
