Job summary

Advizex, a Myriad360 company, seeks a senior Storage & Backup Enterprise Services Architect to lead design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise storage and DR solutions for Azure-based managed services.

The role requires deep storage expertise, 15+ years in enterprise environments, Azure design for MSPs, and leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Occasional after-hours work may be required; headquartered in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of storage and backup system administration/engineering in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years designing and operating Microsoft Azure for enterprise or MSP customers.
• Experience managing Dell storage and backup solutions.
• Dell backup/data-protection certifications required; Dell PowerScale/PowerMax familiarity.
• Azure Architect Certification is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Define and own customer-facing hybrid cloud architectures for Azure-based managed services.
• Architect resilient, multi-tenant storage and backup platforms with monitoring and DR.
• Lead 24x7 managed service operations and on-call incident responses.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical strategy across the MSP portfolio.
• Support presales, architecture validation, and cloud modernization efforts.
• Translate business requirements into secure cloud architectures.
