Qualifications

• This role requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in Stop Loss or employer benefits.

Responsibilities

• Load and maintain group information and benefit files.
• Support Account Managers and interact with producers, sales reps, and clients.
• Resolve benefit inquiries and coordinate meetings, projects, and implementations.
• Handle error management and ensure accurate files.
• Analyze implementation of new products and group changes.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
