Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Stop Loss/employer benefits.
• Healthcare/insurance or employee benefits consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and maintain group information and benefit files.
• Interact with Account Managers to provide support and coordinate meetings.
• Resolve benefit inquiries from clients, producers, and sales reps.
• Coordinate mass updates and product implementations with clients and partners.
• Mentor colleagues and lead small to mid-size projects.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy policies while handling sensitive data.
