Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization.
• Producer's license in Accident & Health required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Load and maintain group information and benefit files.
• Interact with and provide support activities to Account Managers.
• Resolve benefit inquiries and coordinate meetings with clients and core partners.
• Handle error management and ensure files are corrected.
• Support mass updates and new product implementations for group changes.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
