Oxbridge Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Stop Loss Risk & Proposals in Norwalk, CT to own the front end of the self-funded sales process. You will evaluate risk, prepare cases for underwriters, and steer proposals from intake through quoting to win better-prepared submissions.

The role requires 7+ years in self-funded stop-loss, carrier or business-side experience supporting sales, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Competenze

Stop-loss underwriting experience, ideally at a stop-loss carrier, reinsurer, or managing general underwriter and/or business-side experience supporting a sales team or broker channel through the RFP, proposal, and quoting process.

Mansioni

Risk evaluation and management: review cases and assess risk before underwriting; advise on pricing and case selection.
RFP and proposal management: own RFPs and proposals from intake to submission; ensure accuracy and completeness; gather and compare quotes.
Carrier and underwriter relationships: be the day-to-day contact for stop-loss carrier underwriting partners; stay current on evaluation and pricing trends.
Sales enablement and team: partner with sales, brokers, and consultants; align pricing, risk, and proposals; build repeatable submission/quoting processes and coach staff.
