Qualifications

• Highly organized and deadline-driven.
• Strong follow-up skills with carriers, brokers, and partners.
• Able to organize data, validate it, and prep it for downstream use.
• Hands-on AI tool experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bonus: familiarity with stop loss carriers and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Submit RFPs to stop loss carriers on schedule and complete.
• Track submissions and follow up on responses.
• Coordinate with underwriting contacts to confirm quotes.
• Compile carrier quotes into a clean, structured format.
• Identify inconsistencies and resolve with carriers.
• Prepare inputs for financial modeling and feed pricing tools.
• Use AI to speed data extraction, summarization, and QA tasks.
• Maintain a single source of truth for RFP status and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, and Operations.
