Acrisure is seeking a Senior Stop Loss Underwriter to evaluate, price, and manage risk for employer-sponsored self-funded health plans. You will underwrite both new business and renewals, assess exposure, and ensure profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.

• 5+ years of stop loss underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of self-funded health plan structures
• Experience reviewing large claimant reports and medical diagnoses
• Proficiency in underwriting models and rating tools

Responsabilidades

• Review employer census data and large claimant reports
• Evaluate specific and aggregate risk exposure and set attachment points and corridors
• Price stop loss coverage per underwriting guidelines
• Underwrite new employer groups seeking stop loss coverage
• Analyze renewal performance and determine rate adjustments
• Coordinate with policy administration to ensure contract terms
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior underwriters
