Voya Financial, Inc. in the Minneapolis area is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist for our Stop Loss Claims department to support processing and payment of claims. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Stop Loss or medical claims experience and strong customer service skills.

This hybrid role requires residency near a Voya location, with opportunities to work some days in the office and some remotely. Proficiency in Excel is preferred, along with excellent written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of claims experience (Stop Loss preferred) or medical claims.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
