Company Intro

Advanced Interiors is an industry leader in providing interior finishes to the residential new home market. We also serve the retail, remodeling, commercial and multi‑family markets. Our business offerings include not only flooring, but also a full line of cabinetry and a Stone Division where we fabricate our own Granite, Quartz and Solid Surface.

Position Summary

We have an immediate need for a full‑time skilled granite/quartz / solid surface Installer. Candidates must be interested and able to provide our customers with unsurpassed performance in terms of quality, delivery, value and service!

Shift Hours

Full‑time can vary, Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or Tuesday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Commute to each job daily.
• Set seams.
• Repair finishes.
• Polish stone.
• Maintain a safe environment for self and others.
• Utilize tools to proactively succeed with installs.
• Other duties and responsibilities.

Competencies

Qualification:

• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Knowledge:

• A great working knowledge of tools used in this industry.

Skills:

• Dynamic problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and great customer service.
• Proficiency in material modification.
• Proficiency in setting seams, material lay‑out and all technical expertise.
• Skills in the repair of a variety of natural stones and quartzes with varying finishes.

Abilities:

• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to polish or cut on‑site if needed.
• Ability to carry and maneuver heavy tops daily.

Experience:

• No countertop installation experience is needed. We will train!

Work Environment

Manufacturing, stone fabrication shop environment. State of the art.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift heavy granite repetitively and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation, and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others.
