Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a high-performing Stock Plan Administrator/Manager to manage and administer company long-term incentive equity and stock purchase plans. You will handle US and international grants, analyze plan performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Audit and HR teams.

Strong communication and discretion are essential. The role requires 5+ years in equity programs, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with equity

• 5+ years managing equity programs.
• Experience supporting leaders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, administer and communicate long-term equity plans and programs.
• Oversee US and international employee equity grants and purchase plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOX/audit requirements related to equity administration.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Audit and HR teams on equity programs.
