Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a hands-on Senior STIBO Software Developer to advance our MDM programs. You’ll design, develop and maintain STIBO STEP workflows, ensuring data quality and governance across omnichannel systems.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and stakeholders, and drive architecture in Azure-based environments while supporting SaaS upgrades and production operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of CI/CD tools experience (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
• 3+ years of experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and data issues.
• Drive delivery with accurate estimates and clear communication.
