Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Senior STIBO Software Developer to support enterprise MDM initiatives within a fast-paced retail and healthcare environment. You will design, develop, and optimize STIBO STEP workflows and integrations, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with product teams while mentoring junior engineers.

You will drive architectural decisions, contribute to strategic planning, and support upgrades and operations for a robust data management platform.

Qualifications

MDM/PIM development experience required.
5+ years hands-on Stibo STEP development/administration.
3+ years CI/CD tools with Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git; 3+ years Azure or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Mentor engineers (approx. 15% of time).
Collaborate with Product and stakeholders on multiple teams (approx. 15%).
Lead strategic planning, scoping, and delivery with Senior Engineering Manager.
Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
Troubleshoot complex platform and data issues.
Drive delivery with accurate estimates and clear communication.
Support SaaS upgrades and continuous improvements.
Design, configure and customize STIBO STEP—workflows, WebUI, attributes, validation.
Assist quarterly SaaS upgrades and release impact reviews.
Implement data governance, stewardship, and data quality frameworks.
Optimize performance and provide production support.
