Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking an experienced Senior STIBO Software Developer to support MDM initiatives in a fast-paced retail and healthcare environment. You will design, build and optimize STIBO STEP solutions, ensuring data quality and governance across omnichannel systems.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and stakeholders, and drive delivery from planning through deployment, while supporting SaaS upgrades and production operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers (5+ years total) 15% of time.
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders 15% of time.
• Lead 70% of time in planning, scoping, delivery and coordination with Senior Engineering Manager.
• Develop and support STIBO STEP workflows and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and data issues and drive timely delivery.
• Support SaaS upgrades and production operations; implement governance frameworks.
