Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking an experienced Senior STIBO Software Developer to advance MDM initiatives in a fast-paced retail and healthcare setting. You will design, develop, and optimize STIBO STEP workflows and data governance to ensure data quality across omnichannel systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, strategic planning, and collaboration with product teams, while mentoring junior engineers and supporting production operations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers ~15% of time.
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders on multi-team initiatives (~15%).
• Lead 70% of time in strategic planning, scoping, and delivery with Senior Engineering Manager.
• Develop and support STIBO STEP workflows, integrations, and WebUI interfaces.
