Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking an experienced Senior STIBO Software Developer to support enterprise MDM initiatives in a fast-paced retail and healthcare environment. You will design and implement scalable data solutions for product, vendor, and customer master data across omnichannel systems.

As a hands-on developer, you will mentor engineers, collaborate with product teams, and drive data governance, quality, and performance while delivering high-impact solutions in the CVS Health ecosystem.

Qualifications

5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
3+ years of experience with Azure (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Mentor engineers for 15% of time.
Collaborate with Product and stakeholders for 15% of effort.
Lead 70% of time in strategic planning, scoping, and delivery with the Senior Engineering Manager.
Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and data issues.
Drive delivery through accurate estimates, ownership, and communication.
Support production operations, SaaS upgrades, and continuous improvements.
