Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior STIBO Software Developer to support enterprise MDM initiatives in a fast-paced retail and healthcare environment. You will build scalable data solutions for product, vendor, and customer master data across omnichannel systems while ensuring data quality and governance.

The role emphasizes design, development, and customization of the STIBO STEP platform, collaborating with product teams and stakeholders, and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of Azure or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor less experienced engineers (15% of time).
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders on other teams (15%).
• Deliver through strategic planning, scoping, and execution (70%).
• Develop and support STIBO STEP workflows and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and data issues.
• Support production operations and SaaS upgrades.
• Design, configure and customize STIBO STEP, including WebUI and attributes.
• Participate in quarterly SaaS upgrades and reviews.
• Implement data governance, stewardship, and data quality frameworks.
