Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior STIBO Software Developer to support enterprise MDM initiatives and implement STIBO STEP solutions across omnichannel systems. You will focus on data quality, governance, and scalable data workflows within a fast-paced retail and healthcare environment.

You will mentor engineers, partner with Product and other teams, and drive delivery through accurate estimates and strong communication, while supporting production operations and SaaS upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor less experienced engineers (15%).
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders on other teams (15%).
• Lead strategic planning, scoping, delivery with Senior Engineering Manager (70%).
• Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
• Provide production support and SaaS upgrades.
