Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to support sterile filling operations on the manufacturing floor. You will operate filling equipment, ensure aseptic technique, perform in-process monitoring, and help train Tech II team members.

This role requires familiarity with cGMP, batch records, and documentation accuracy; some data entry and SAP transactions; and the ability to work in cleanroom environments and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cGMP regulations, including deviation reporting, change control, and data integrity principles.
• Proven ability to independently execute complex procedures and troubleshoot routine process or equipment issues.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret technical documents and communicate cross-functionally.
• High level of attention to detail with accuracy in completing batch records and controlled documentation.
• Proficient mathematical and analytical skills for manufacturing processes and results.
• Experience mentoring or training technicians and supporting onboarding of new team members.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a production environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and service filling machines with materials to ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize different Filling equipment.
• Perform in-process testing and visual/physical checks of materials.
• Enter data online and perform intermediate SAP transactions.
• Lead and participate in training of Tech II team members.
• Maintain cGMP documentation and housekeeping to uphold quality standards.
• Support lean and process-improvement activities including 5S.
