Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician III to support Sterile Filling operations on the production floor. This role requires working in controlled areas, operating filling equipment, and mentoring Tech II staff.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, aseptic technique, process monitoring, and participation in lean improvements. The position emphasizes compliance with cGMP and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing (cGMP) environments with aseptic filling.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, deviation reporting, change control, and data integrity.
• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly for technical docs and cross-functional communication.
• Experience mentoring technicians and onboarding new staff.
• Ability to identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced production setting with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines and ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform and supervise filter integrity testing per SOP.
• Start-up equipment and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Enter data online, including SCADA and HMI entries.
• Perform cleaning/housekeeping to maintain a cGMP environment.
