Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III for Sterile Filling on the Day/Night rotation to operate filling equipment, perform aseptic tasks, and ensure compliant batch records in a cGMP environment. You will participate in media fills, line interventions, and continuous improvements while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to interpret SOPs, and capability to work in a high-demand, regulated production setting with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech cGMP environment with independent execution of procedures.
• Strong working knowledge of cGMP regulations, deviations, change control, and data integrity.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in batch records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machinery, service equipment, and ensure smooth product flow in sterile environments.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation, and in-process inspections; support aseptic techniques and line interventions.
• Enter data in SCADA/HMI systems and maintain compliant batch records and documentation.
• Mentor Tech II team members and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
