M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Stationary Operations Engineer for the 3rd shift (Mon–Thu, 9:30pm–8:00am) at a Virginia facility.

The role involves overseeing stationary equipment, including boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and related control systems. Candidates must have a strong maintenance background, read blueprints, and be capable of responding to service calls with a focus on safety and reliability. Competenze

High school diploma or GED with 8+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
Background in operations, maintenance and repair of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units.

Mansioni

Oversee and maintain stationary equipment ensuring safe, efficient operation.
Safely operate, maintain, and monitor boilers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other stationary equipment.
Perform regular inspections, respond to service calls, document activities in CMMS, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, repairs and replacements in accordance with standards.
Collaborate with maintenance, operations and engineering teams for seamless operation and timely resolutions.
Act as a first responder during stationary equipment emergencies and adhere to safety procedures.
Stay updated with trends and best practices through training and continuous learning.
