M.C. Dean is seeking a Stationary Operations Engineer to oversee and maintain our facility's stationary equipment, including boilers, HVAC, and refrigeration units.

You will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and document maintenance within our CMMS. The role requires hands-on experience with building mechanical and electrical systems, strong problem-solving, and the ability to read technical documentation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including sequence of operations, manuals and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Oversee and maintain stationary equipment, ensuring safe and optimal operation.
• Operate and monitor boilers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units and other stationary equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, respond to service calls, and document activities in CMMS.
• Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and replacements to compliance standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams for timely issue resolution.
