M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Stationary Operations Engineer to supervise and maintain stationary equipment across its facilities. You will manage boilers, HVAC, chillers, and associated systems, performing preventive maintenance and rapid repairs to ensure continuous, safe operation.

Ideal candidates will have deep central plant experience, strong diagnostics skills, and a proven ability to document work and comply with applicable standards. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with extensive facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specs.
• Experience in central plant or mission-critical facility operations is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee and maintain all stationary equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operation.
• Operate boilers, HVAC, chillers, and related stationary systems with routine maintenance.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement repairs.
• Document inspections, maintenance, and repairs in site records.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for stationary equipment.
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve issues and support operations.
• Act as first responder during equipment emergencies and maintain logs.
