• Strong knowledge of project management, organizational change management, and systems implementation methodologies.
• Experience facilitating executive-level decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate modernization roadmap and implementation strategy with the Strategic Consultant.
• Assess current-state needs, technology, readiness, and modernization requirements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and executive decision points.
• Recommend phased approaches for implementation, change management, and transformation.
• Develop governance structures, reporting, and escalation protocols.
• Prepare executive briefings and status reports.
