Job summary

BerryDunn is seeking a Lead Project Manager for our State Government Practice Group in Helena, MT. This contingent role supports an enterprise software implementation across accounting, housing programs, mortgage servicing, and data migration.

Travel up to 50% to client sites will be required; relocation to commuting distance of Helena, MT is a plus. As the client-facing lead, you will manage governance, schedules, risks, vendor coordination, and executive reporting, ensuring successful delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with housing finance agencies.
• Experience in client-side, owner-side, PMO or oversight role.
• Strong governance, planning, scheduling, risk and reporting.
• Experience with data migration, testing, deployment readiness, go-live.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client representative and lead vendor coordination.
• Develop and execute integrated PM plan, schedule, governance, and reporting.
• Lead governance, steering committee, change control processes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions.
• Prepare executive status reports and go-live readiness.
