• Senior Project Manager with deep experience leading large-scale financial, mortgage, or loan servicing system implementations and migrations.
• Capable of representing the client, challenging vendor assumptions, and managing governance, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated financial services environments, including mortgage banking and loan servicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and migration from planning through production stabilization.
• Coordinate software vendor, Agency personnel, technical resources, and third parties.
• Oversee data migration planning, testing readiness, and UAT execution.
• Provide executive reporting on risks, defects, readiness, and decisions.
