Job summary

BerryDunn is seeking a Senior Consultant/Project Manager to join our State Government Practice Group, serving state Health and Human Services agencies. You will lead projects, manage staff, and deliver IT planning, procurement, IV&V, and QA activities with a client-focused approach.

You will base your work in one of our offices or remotely, traveling up to 50% to client sites nationwide and coordinating with the HHS Practice Area Lead Principal to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• PMP certification (PMI) is required or strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience with and/or for state government agencies.
• Experience in IT planning, procurement and IV&V.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BerryDunn projects for state HHS agency clients, including PM, IT planning and procurement support.
• Oversee deliverables like requirements, RTMs, IV&V, QA/testing and vendor management.
• Develop work plans, coordinate task assignments, and report risks and issues.
• Mentor staff and contribute to a positive HHS team culture.
