Job summary

The Building People, LLC, has a full-time Program Manager position supporting our Mission Support Services unit, working with senior federal government leaders to drive organizational strategy and execute program management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of federal government or federal partners experience and more than 5 years in project, program, and personnel management, with experience leading onsite government support teams across multiple locations in Billings, MT; Huron,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of related experience.
• 10+ years of federal government or federal partner experience.
• 5+ years in project management, program management, and personnel management.
• Experience leading onsite government support teams across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delegate work, train staff, and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Serve as interface between government personnel and work teams.
• Coordinate departments to meet specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate with customers to schedule meetings and discuss program status.
• Oversee recruiting and staff management for the project.
• Maintain regular communication with management on status and risks.
• Forecast schedule delays and develop alternate plans.
• Demonstrate project management and financial acumen.
• Build and maintain client relationships with credibility and trust.
